2022-2026 State Health Improvement Plan's Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Workgroup

2022-2026 State of Florida Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) Priority Area Workgroup (PAW) members are comprised of a range of stakeholders across Florida, including representatives from state and local government agencies, health care providers, employers, community groups, universities and schools, non-profit organizations and advocacy groups. FSU College of Medicine is a member organization of the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias PAW. This workgroup focuses on providing resources and support for persons with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, their caregivers, and families. The goals of the workgroup include: strengthen the capacity to address Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, ensure a competent Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias workforce, and enhance support for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias and their caregivers.
