Opening Minds through Art (OMA) is an award-winning, evidence-based, intergenerational art-making program for people living with dementia. OMA is designed to provide opportunities for creative self-expression and social engagement for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. OMA’s mission is to “Build bridges across age and cognitive barriers through art.” The local OMA program in Tallahassee is offered by Claude Pepper Center.
